The Main Street B & B is located in the
heart of Ouray's National Historic District and within walking distance
of fine restaurants, unique gift shops, Box Canyon Falls, Cascade
Falls, the Museum and Ouray's Hot Springs Pool.
The bed and breakfast is a turn-of-the-century
residence, which has been renovated, and a newer accommodation, The
Chipeta Cottage, located at the back of the property. The Main Street
House, as well as the cottage, accommodates singles, couples, and families.

The house is a renovated, turn-of-the-century
residence which consists of three suites,
each with a distinct decor and modern conveniences.
All units offer spectacular views of the San Juan Mountains
(three with private decks), and all units have private baths
and satellite television.

features Southwestern decor. It sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and has a
modern, fully equipped kitchen stocked with breakfast supplies. |

Ouray, rightfully named the "gem of the Rockies,"
is sheltered by the rugged San Juan Mountains. It is a remarkable paragon

The Hayden Mountain Suite
A breathtaking view of Hayden Mountain is framed
by the country garden decor of the suite and its private deck. The suite
occupies the back half of the upstairs. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has
breakfast supplies for the guests to enjoy in the suite's spacious dining
area. The living area is furnished with a queen
bed, love seat, and television. The bathroom
has a shower/tub. Sleeps two. |

Located on the second floor, this cozy room's western decor and photos
by Paul and Becky, has a private deck that overlooks Ouray's Main Street and a view of the
Ampitheater. A private bath (shower), queen bed, and television make this a perfect room
for two. Breakfast is provided in the Oak Creek Suite. Sleeps two. |

The Cascade Suite
On the ground leve, the Victorian suite is furnished with
bathroom, queen bed and television. An adjointing private parlor has a twin-size
daybed, making it a perfect place to snuggle with a favorite book. Join Paul and
Becky in the Oak Creek Suite for breakfast. Sleeps three. |

This cozy cottage, decorated in colorful, Southwest style,
is named for Chief Ouray's wife, Chipeta. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen
and the bathroom are on the main floor, while the second floor is furnished with
two queen beds, two built-in children's beds, easy chairs, desk, and television.
The large windows on the second floor provide a spectacular view of the San Juan
Mountains. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast supplies that guests may prepare
at their leisure. Sleeps four adults, two children.

Reservation Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a
reservation and must be received within 14 days of the booking.
The balance is due upon arrival.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved,
regardless of actual arrival or departure date, unless we are notified
of the change 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will receive a
full refund - less a $20 handling fee.
- Cancellations received prior to 7 days of arrival will receive
a 50% refund - less a $20 handling fee.
- If cancellations are less than 7 days from arrival date, the
deposit will be forfeited.
