Smiley's Place, a delightful one-bedroom
apartment built in 1994, is adjacent to a private home. It is fully and
charmingly furnished in a mountain motif and features a kitchen with all
the amenities for preparing everything from a snack to a holiday meal.
Included in the kitchen are a dish washer, microwave, new appliances,
dishes, pots and pans and even a Weber grill for outdoor barbecues.

One-bedroom Apartment

Guests sleep on either the queen bed in the bedroom or the queen sofa
sleeper in the living room. The furniture in both rooms is in excellent
condition.
Queen bed and fluffy comforters

Complete linens are furnished with plenty of extras for bed, bath and
kitchen. Warm and wonderful flannel sheets, fluffy comforters and towels
enhance the enjoyment of guests' vacation experience.
A phone, cable TV, VCR, tapes and a paperback library provide a
"homey" ambiance.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Frisco, the apartment
is on the bike path and near the free shuttle bus stop which provides access
to transportation for the Summit County ski resorts. Ski and bike storage
is available.

easy access to the popular ski resorts of Copper Mountain (7 miles away),
Breckenridge (9 miles), Keystone (10 miles), Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and
Vail (the last three resorts being about 30 minutes away.)
